TRUE DETECTIVE
True detective is an American crime drama series on HBO and was created
and written by Nic Pizzolatto with the first season being directed by Cary Joji
Fukunaga and stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson. It uses multiple
time lines to represent the division between the detectives and their hunt for
a serial killer over a duration of 17 years. The first season premiered on
January 12th 2014 and consisted of eight episodes which concluded on
March 9th 2014.
